This dropped today from Vorshar the Despised, in Neriak Commons.
This item is NOT beastlord usable.
This ring now has 15 mana on it too.

I reiceved this item during a GM Quest involving Lanys T'Vyl and Queen Thex (Tier'Dal Queen).
I was chosen by Lanys to deliver a message to the queen and In reward of my services I recieved this item.

Could anyone tell me what GM even this was given out on, and if/when it will occur on Tunarte
Now that's a nice replacement for a Velium Jasper ring. Too bad I'll never see one. Even when I do participate in Events, it always seems like there's just too much going on for the GM's to figure out who's actually participating and they just pick the ones they've seen there the longest.
