Btw half elves can wear human, barbarian, elvish and erudian cultural armor

Also, as mentioned below, Halfelves may wear Tier'dal chain and the enchanted versions thereof.
Although the Dark Elf ones, I think, do not include the same classes as the high elf version; SK is probably on the DE, while I don't think Pal, Dru and RNG are... probably others.
Tier'dal ARE elves, just dark ones...
Okay, stupid question: Does one have to be a High Elf to make this, as the little blurb seems to indicate, or can my Dwarf make this...?
I love the fact that a lot of the elven armors (Dark or otherwise) choose to throw in the Half Elf as a wearable class. This piece would be great for a Hef Druid I know, how much are they?
Just to get the skill to make this armour semi-reliably (skill 220+) takes 5-8kpp...
The Temper ingredients needed to make this armour are a royal pain to gather...
