Looks exactly like a blackened crystalline robe when worn. Yeah its funny, but now that LoY has dyes, its not really an issue. Also submitted an image of stats for allas.

This may just be a mid lvl ranger being naive, but there is now Druid, Shaman, Wizard, Enchanter, Monk, Cleric, and Necro giftbox armors (i think i named them all) but are there sets for all classes?? If so I sure can't wait til someone finds the other classes. I like being able to read about stuff that i mostlikely will never have but it never hurts to dream

Sweet! Someone actually found the necro armor. Thats great. I had assumed Verient didn't make any for us, but of course it's hard to tell when you can't get in a group on a planes raid unless you want to sit on your butt and dump mana for hours on end.

Not to nitpick this nice robe but they dont cast anything? Like a Velious robe summoning corpses or the Veeshans Peak casting DMF? Otherwise the mana is godlike and I like how this has the stats a necro needs for once..... does the -10 Cha now prove that necros fears are indeed related to Charisma?
cha has nothing to do with necro spells, please stop posting misinformation based on stats you see on a robe. Blighted pants that drop in PoF are necro items and they have no int, just svc, dex, str...does that mean that necro spell damage is based on str? obviously not.

CHA has several advantages for necro spell-casting, mostly on our undead spells, and even more so with recent changes! Terror may change a lot in the upcoming patch as well. I'm waiting to see how CHA affects it.

None of the PoM chest slot class-specific armor has an effect.

perhaps you forgot veriant hates necros :)
They just want us to have to take off all out equiptment before buying rations. so we don't pay 2pp / water flask :/
It's just another way for verient to bother necros. I think They don't have spells because you can get them at a lower level. Try getting a velious robe at level 46 :)

Hehe, rofl, try getting into PoM with LvL46...
Now try killing there something with a group of LvL46s...
Now do that for 2 weeks to get the pieces for the Robe...

Actually, most planar armor, as well as the high end Velious gear, is No Drop. The reason is that most of this gear is incredibly powerful, with stat bonuses like on the above robe and/or useful (or not so useful: some of the Magician armor has Reclaim Energy as an effect if I remember right, although I could be wrong on that) spell effects.
These items are meant to be a reward for involved quests or successful raids, and the main reason their no drop is to prevent twinking, and also so that when you see someone with one of these pieces, you know he/she earned it, not bought it after trolling in EC-Bay for a day or two.
