For an item usable at level 1, very high AC in the range slot and evenly balanced resists, where Range and AC may be overlooked, as our eyes are trained to focus on dmg/dly for a weapon.
worn haste works at level 1 not 40 or whatever they say
That's just the way all haste items are categorized. haste percentage is level for effect+1.

The effect is NOT stackable. However you will get 1% more haste, along with the ATK buff provided by Ragebringer.

You can't throw a nodrop. I got gem of rage in range slot when I an not using bow...and have tried hitting the button many a time while attempting to pull with bow. I would have saddened me to lose an extra 2ac and 6str....:-)

You can only throw someting now if it has a range:## to it ..... if it does not then you cannot throw it...

Yes, I believe u can throw a no drop item. I have looted some shissar fangs from ssra... and put them in range slot for the killer stats.. bad thing.. is that I cant find them anymore and I use throwing alot for pulling... Therefore; I believe u can throw a no drop item =)

Indeed you can throw no drops, but this item has no range listed on it, so it cannot be thrown

Rogues will often pull at higher levels, cause they can easily ditch the agro. Just like a ranger pulling and then jolting it off ,a rogue will pull and escape/evade the agro.

why does it say monk can use this? only weapon monks can use are blunts and throwing weapons? and god know by chance if this does go into range slot and u push the throw button u lost an awsome weapon.

You CAN use weapons that you have no skill in, you'll just suck horribly with them in regards to your ATK.
More importantly, you CANNOT throw a No Drop weapon (Found this one out with my Gem of Rage a long time ago).

YOu can't throw your gem of rage because it's not a weapon, and has no range value. Shissar fangs are no drop, you can throw them.

Just got this nice lil trophy last night on EMARR Server. Had 2 guilds helping me get it and was very grateful to them. All I got to say about this nice lil whole puncher is *drool*
I'm not a monk but I see this item does have potential for one. If I were one I would stick this and the shield of hues or whatever its called. That way you get nice ac and resists when you are pulling. FD the pull then stick your good weapons on. Of course it would be hard to convince the guild of its usefulness, seeing how they would mention the fact that its really a nice item and monks can't use it for its ratio.
I like to think of the guild monk as my own player, or any character in the guild for that matter. When you work together as a guild you accomplish more. You know your in the wrong guild when the 55 pally gets the velious bp over a level 60 warrior that is wearing the same bp as the pally.

This weapon would be great for anyone, that would use it as a weapon not a ranged item.

OK you may not expect this but i am a monk of the 45th lvl and i agree that it would be largely wasted on a monk. Dont get me wrong i could use the stats easily, but that damage delay is a dream for many a meelee class. If i were in the Guild that got it, i would like to beleive that i would choose not to roll for it, so as to allow the people who could use that DMG/DLY to get it. But then i am weak willed, so i KNOW i would roll.

this item is QUESTED, doesnt DROP....you get the tears and symbols then YOU do what you want with them...

Ok The glowing orb thing they talking about in the quest section is called a glowing drake orb (super common), the next things you need are the white symbol(rare) and silver symbol(rare). these 3 things all come off the named DRAKES in the HoT (hall of testing). the drakes have lots of hp's and can be deadly to newbies. I my self have all 3 of these symbols/orb and just need the White Tear of Power from Dozekar the Cursed. Doze is a nasty beast of a dragon and will eat you with his AE unresistable 400 dd fire dmg (unresistable) so use ubah tackticks! If you can kill the drakes then doze is your biggest worry, His melee isn't as bad as Vindi (Derakor the Vindicator) but the AE dmg is much worse and has to be compesated for. all in all they are revitivly the same in toughness. I also have heard they UPGRADED this dagger. (yeah can you believe that? thanks Varent) from 12/19 to 13/18 or something close. (when i get it i'll come back to comfirm with Alla). i could be wrong with the upgrade but we'll find out soon enough. the haste is 41% I heard. without a strong guild or really nice friends this weapon is far from being yours. to the ones who have this weapon already grats d00d.

Well, seeing how difficult (for lack of a stronger word) it is to get this item, I'm pretty sure Verant won't nerf it. Having 2 or even 30 of these on a server surely cannot unset the balance of game that much.

55+ because you are more hinderance than help. AE's will own you in HoT. And there are few guilds that even attempt to do ToV except the major sect guilds. There is no way you would be given the quest items for this quest TWICE much less at level 49, I doubt anyone even has ever gotten all the items for this on RZ yet..so stop with the lies

Was just wondering if all the ingredients are droppable, and if so would it be possible for a high lvl main to gather the ingredients and hand them down to a low lvl rogue....and if so is a low lvl (under the required lvl 50) able to recieve the item if he talks to the guy without actually earning the items? Or will the guy not give the dagger to a char under lvl 50????

Shut up with the twinking! Even if it was possiable everyone on your server should shun you if someone ever gave it or the items for it to a twink especially a char under 50 ther eare plenty of char out there high 50s and even 60 that doesnt have a weapon this good. MAINS should always get befor twinks. Can we say GREED!

I was so angry I went over to my guild leader's house at 3:30 AM and bashed him in the head with his third-place bowling trophy. I thought I killed him but maybe I just knocked him out because I didn't gain any exp or take a faction hit.

Ok bla bla bla, its uber range slot item etc. etc. etc. Now, How do you get it! Ok we know all thes stuff drops in ToV halls of testing, the tears drop off of Drop off of Drozan(sp?)the Cursed. So who drops the Symbols and what orb is he talking about?
