The task is given by a centaur NPC called ~~Tul`Nartek~~ Icen Temitor in centaur village (Goru`kar Mesa), once Shade of Corruption is killed.
After talking the right trigger, you get task Delivery to Nurel and you get the Scroll of Tul`Nartek.
Give Scroll of Tul`Nartek to Scribe Nurel Uralu (Drakkin in a tent of the black Legion). and got lore :
Scribe nurel Uralu says, 'This is not unfamiliar to me, but the contents are not for your eyes my friend.I suggest you move along now.'
You receive some experience and a reward :
Distilled Rootvein Potion x 10 (Clarity X)
