possibly a screen shot from FV server since almost everything on that server is not nodrop. the circlet is good but not the best there r other items that u could get just as easily
Anyone know where the tattered silk turban drops? or a vender that sells them?

i have a Icicle cirlet(ToV). dont get why something from ToV is droppable and kael isnt. oh well... someone screwed up again.

As of a recent patch, this item was made no drop, the error has been corrected.

Does anyone know where to find a tattered silk turban? It says in the quest to bring 3 crushed flame opals and a tattered silk turban.
All SS quest pieces drop in the Hall of Testing - Temple of Veeshan. You must have minimum dubious to CoV faction to get into Western Wastes and ToV without fighting.
you can go to tov ent coh, zone in tov, clear hot pit, coh- and your kos guys are in.

Expect an emergency patch to fix the droppability of this item. Not that there are a lot of Wizards anyway, but I recommend that the wizards who have one, sell theirs quickly and get more before they are nerfed in the next patch.

nice int but espaicilly mana :) and hp is good for wizzie's good sv's too but for the head there is better sv's equip
