Correction on which mob drops this bracer. It is dropped by the Frenzied Velium Broodlin, not the Stalker. We had 3 Broodlins spawn last night and each one dropped a bracer, whereas the Stalker dropped the Venomous Axe.

One dropped for my group a few days ago, but the shaman won. *sigh* Anyway, I'm looking for one or two of these on the Karana server. At level 56, I'm tired of wearing AC 9 bracers.

I'd have to say this would be best for Rogues (not saying its not good for all the listed classes, but wait for my reasons). Rogues are the damage dealers. Higher STR means higher damage (point 1). They are also the thieves, and higher DEX makes that easier (point 2). And well, who can't use more HP? Rogues are, actually, a little low in that area, so its a good thing to tack on there (point 3). Also, this being not LORE, you could have 2 of them, bringing the total stat increase up to +14 STR, +14 DEX, and +80 HP... not too shabby for ANY class.

I was in EC on a mule one day and someone did an auction, WTS this, and I asked if monks could wear it and how much he wanted.
He told me 2k.
He HAD the item, I saw it.
I was at work though, on a crappy computer and had to logon my other char with money and find a port to EC.
Upon getting the port, right as I was zoning into EC, he sells it to someone else for 2k.
It was for my monk...
Personally I would give my left ******** for this(in game, Queklain's Left ********, range, lore, magic, +50 charisma +50 save vs magic, right click: spermiate(20dmg dd, 1 second cast, 1-8second stun).

Spermate is 2.5 second cast... its the recast time that takes a long time... and the effect does stun for 8 seconds and than does a good slow spell.

I can't believe these aren't lore. I think we just found the latest in twink items. Am I right in assuming they drop off the new tougher spiders in Velk?

I would guess the same mob that drops silver chitin handwraps. Its named spider at the top of the spider section of velks lab. Enraged Velium Stalker, or something to that effect.

the wristband seems to be the common drop
handwraps (the haste gloves) rare
spawns on the ledge right side above eye when you go up the slipy ramp (3 spawns there, usualy it´s one of the 2 right at the pillar)

Ring of the Frost Spiders (or something like that) as common
Venomous Axe as rare
spawns on the walkway all the way up, hugging the wall above eye

dunno which one is rare
spawns on the platform right above SS where most people pull to at frenzy camp
Any Hunter:
random spawn at any spider spawn point (rare)
drops:
Ball of Velium (uncommon, sv 1 all, effect Velium Shards)
Crystal Chitin Armplates (VERY and i mean _VERY_ rare)
all but leg or BP gems drop random/rare for all Classes. on a 6h camp you can very well go away with 2 gems each and a few crap gems for the cleric´s peris or end up with nothing but awesome exp.
still the dungeon is very overcamped, if you go there at peak hours you have to be very lucky to find a group and will have not much to pull.

Nice to finally have a bracer so I can finally get rid of my Bracer of Erollisi. Time to start hunting more in Velks Lab.
