haste
# Jul 04 2001 at 8:49 PM Rating: Default
RBB does not have the same haste as CoF..30% /36%.
RE: haste
# Oct 03 2002 at 4:47 PM Rating: Default
RBB and COF are the same haste. Both are old world dragon drops, and both are 36%.
RE: haste
# Feb 12 2003 at 2:44 PM Rating: Default
Vandic, you are mistaken. RBB is 31 percent, CoF is 36 percent. Check Magelo if you doubt this.
Very nice

I don't think the Weight will matter in the slightest at the level one would get this. Even a wimpy wood elf ranger should have STR in the range of 180 by this level and I don't think it would be hard for them to carry all the weight of this armor and all their other loot and still be far underweight.

Heck, its not like you lose stamina by swinging this around like your weapons.
cloaks and belts
# Jul 03 2001 at 2:19 PM Rating: Default
Maybe this will make more of a demand for RBGs and RBBs now, instead of having a CoF. RBB has same haste as CoF anyway (both 36%) and both dragon loot, so hopefully people will start wearin the belts again and not have CoF and CoCW as the only big uber haste items that sell for 120k (on Fennin).
Heavy yes...
# Jul 03 2001 at 9:05 AM Rating: Default
In understand it being so heavy. It's made of dragon eyeballs ;)

Regardless, it's well worth the added weight. 100 hp is nothing to scoff at and the 28 AC for a back item should convert to almost 40 ac for you guys. Very nice item :)
nice weight
# Jul 03 2001 at 3:07 AM Rating: Default
It figures they make a hybrid only item and they put make it wiegh quite a bit

RE: nice weight
# Jul 05 2001 at 1:35 AM Rating: Default
Tolkien I am guessing.

# Jul 05 2001 at 7:37 AM Rating: Default
NO TR was Roosevelt. As in the president...

More specifically, Teddy Roosevelt.
#REDACTED, Posted: Jul 02 2001 at 11:13 PM, Rating: Sub-Default, (Expand Post) Whats it made of? It weighs a ton for a back slot item
Hmmm
# Jul 02 2001 at 5:07 PM Rating: Default
Hybrids only, it will be a big **** fight over who would get these.

I vote Ranger :)(not that I will EVER see them)

Ohhhhh, it's the cloak of my dreams. :)

Nice of them to put WIS *and* INT buffs on it, so the anti-paladins don't feel screwed. And, given how few nice hybrid cloaks there seem to be out there, something like this is a welcome addition.

Too bad I have to be 56th level even to survive walking into the ToV. Nothing like four breath weapons going off simultaneously to remove the spring in your step.
