Learned today this drops from Felspine an named seahorse lvl 55. Anyone know his spawn habits? He a rare anywhere that a horse pops or does he have a static spot?
BTW all of those that want to sit here and argue who this or that item is best for it's not your desicion. Loot rules are decided by raid leader or the group you are in period. Sitting around arguing on a board is so utterly pointless.

Yes, perhaps you will change how someone on the boards will do loot, but chances are it won't affect you. Well, maybe you'll save someone on another server from being the victim of GBN ^_^ In any case since everyone seems concerned with themselves, it would be a better idea to argue with your groups, not with people on message boards across all servers. Or better yet group with guildies only.

A very nice item for melee classes, espically the caster melee classes such as a Shadow Knight or a Ranger. I'de love to get my hands on this one when Im high enough.

I have no idea why they would put mana on this item. To tempt bards perhaps? Due to the weight, yes I'd say give it to monks. (I'm a cleric)

I think Verant should have put all this good stuff in Siren's at the beginning.. wasn't Siren's really crappy for a little bit? (or was it mainly unexplored so people couldn't find the good loot?)

Uhh... Why would Verant put a item with 40%+ haste in Sirens? Sirens is not that hard of a zone, 2 groups can take down about anything. So I don't think the haste is over 30%. If you want a good haste item, you need to go to ToV.

Actually..at the time of my posting this they had JUST updated the zone..probably teh same patch that ADDED this. soo.....! Why don't ya go and try it with those two groups again..

They actually made the zone easier and the drops better since the zone was extremely underused. Unlike Velks where they changed things around to con blue to just about anyone in their 50s.

Hmmm so a ranger says only a ranger should roll on this. Classic. Oh and monks shouldn't roll on this because monks suck. At what? Is this ***** envy here? Monks suck? I usually don't respond to these "who should roll on an item" but you seem like you're serious. If I were on a raid and the leader didn't allow the monk to roll on this, I would disband the guild. Well I would have had some indication before the raid that the leader sucked so I'm sure it would come as no surprise.

Anyone Notice that verant is putting Haste on everything? its like people at VI have really run out of creativity so what do they do? put haste and high AC on all items.

Yeah, but how many are actually out there really? I've always found it funny that the day after something's posted here someone is garunteed to start /auc'ing for it..even if only one or two have EVER been dropped....oh that and those folks wanting ry'gorr boots..funny. err..back to my point! Just because alot more items have haste and the aura...how many are there really?

It gives a wider selection of things, I never said you'd see them being auctioned all over or buyable. Yeah, I found people auctioning for rygorr boots funny too, heh, I got alot of plat for sentry boots for people to complete their look.

I'd get one for my shaman. ...But there's the haste/str. I'd get one for my warrior. ...But there's the wis/int/mana. I don't melee with my sham, I have no spells on my warrior (duh).. Which was it made for?

Almost all haste items weigh 0.0 or 0.1, big diff. I don't see why every monk is so fast to jump to say its a monk item. Seems like a lame excuse to lewt *****.
This belt is good for any melee without haste or something crappy like an FBSS or Hangmans noose. Hell, even good for a caster, 10ac 4sta 4int 4cha 25hp 25mana, hell yeah Id use that on my Enchanter in a second.
