Does this have a minimum level to process the ultravision effect? I'm tired of buying expensive items only to be told I am of insufficient level to use the item.
All worn effects are useable at lvl 1, the only exception that I would even consider would be if the item had a recommended lvl. but last I knew that didn't matter.

we have one selling for 20k in bazaar on ayonae ro. as a war its not worth it to me, im sure ppl would pay that much for it though.
20k ? Im not sure what you are basing this high pricing on really. There are so many better pieces for this slot for way less. If its for the ultravision, well the effect isnt good enough to warrant 20k.

I just finished a search of vision items for my human ranger. Poo on this thing. It's a great item, but so rare I may as well just call it a day and PL a ranger race that already HAS vision. :P If I could get one for 10k I would, but this is insanely rare and no one will sell it.

yup fjokar does drop this did today 6/18/02
out by tormax arch not totaly sure whare from in thare as i was not pulling he was not to tough did hit for bout 600 tho and quite fast but droped him quick he was red to me thats about all i can recall from the fight went quickley INC ..hit me for 600 a time or to then Deffensive and most were 400 or under if rember correctly

This does indeed drop off Fjokar Frozenshard. Was the lucky benefactor or this item today. Mind you this NPC hits very hard and fast if not slowed. Good luck to all that seek this. I do not know of its rarity but do know that I have not seen one to date for sale. Reason I had to drop this guy for it.
i think this item is priceless.. as a human monk my vision is terrible it seems all the decent items a monk can get with any vision has crap stats unless your talking ToV lvl 60+ dragons loot if this is a lvl 50 loot in Kael i have just found where to spend the next 2 weeks and the fact it is tradable..ok ill stop drooling now

I believe this drops off of Fjokar Frozenshard. He's in the left room from the quest hall behind Tormax's throne room.

I was the one that sent this item in. I'm not entirely sure what dropped it, because I was pulling at the time on the Tormax raid. What I do know however that it was a named giant in the Tormax area and that they are extremely rare.
