We now know that DEX helps with Tailoring and Fletching, so I might want this vs. any WIS bracers I may have.

Unless you have 200 Wisdom, I would suggest going to the WIS stuff first. Your mana pool with thank you for it. :)

Nice to have in the database, but even though +DEX helps you proc more*, I don't think there's anyone who would actually want to wear this, is there? Especially given that the velium bar costs at least ?262pp.

Ranger who have earthcaller would. It is one of teh lesser procing weapons and has a great proc (50% slow and 500 dot). I would wear the bracer (or a bracer of quickness) then change to my reg. ac bracer (and other of couple of items) after it proced. This may seem like more troubl then its worth, but when mobs last for a couple of minute at levle 60, that slow really helps.
