How to Make it

All the info on how to make it is on eqtraders site. Between this site and theirs (they give trivial info too) I'm set for Trade Skills:)

The Quiver to Die for...

The Fleeting Quiver also has a bow only haste. Not sure of the % but there is a definite difference. I am using a Runed Oak Bow and have noticed a marked improvement.

Goal now is to get Bow of the Huntsmen.

The person who made this for me on Povar (hats off to Lenen, master tailor and all around great guy) has a tailoring skill of around 175 I believe.

As far as I know, mine was the first on Povar and he has since successfully made 3 more (in 4 attempts)

According to huge amounts of testing and reports, any quiver that has weight reduction will reduce the delay of the user's bow by 1/10 of the quiver's weight reduction.

This means that a Tailored Quiver will reduce the delay by 2.2 and the Fleeting Quiver will reduce the delay by 6.

It's not a percentage, it seems, but a flat reduction.

What components are needed for this?
You Rock!

This is the first picture I've seen for this thing and you're only the second other person I've heard tale of actually succeeding in its creation. If you don't mind, what is your skill at and how many times did you fail? OH . . . and the oil component . . . wher may one find such a thing?

Thanks!
