I have looted this off of Muddite Minors, and Muddite Elders. Never seen it on the Record Keeper, but that doesn't mean I was just never there when it dropped it. It is more common on Elders, but not totally uncommon on minors.

The Recordkeeper is in front of Runnyeye. Just enter through Runnyeye and head strait. You should see him.

Can anyone tell me what this stuff is for? I got about half a dozen of these the other day in the Gorge of King Xorbb but I can't seem to do anything with them.
