hey Gblanch I dont know if you have noticed or if this has changed since your post in 2003 but it is no drop. " So byers ( buyers ) beware! " I would think so since they are getting nothing in return becuase they cant buy it. And I am guessing this item is like stat food, the only way to get the benifits from this item is to have it on the top level of your inventory where a bag would go. Then you could get the added 8 wis. But then again I do not have one.

I have one of those but it seems that the WIS +8 does not work on it. So byers beware!
