Legacy of YkeshaGot boots today for my CLR. 9/18/05 Drop the sword and the boots and I won the roll for the boots. Only my 2nd time taking him, so I guess I got real lucky. We had a raid force of 10 i believe. Thanks go out to Wyacust and guild "Legacy of Wyacust" on Stromm.

It's our first trip last night. Dropped 2 pairs of Brittlebone Sandals. Are they rare drop?

Just won boots today. Seen the boots twice in 20 Korucust kills. Seen the regen belt once so far.
Rest of the loot table is common with the ring being most common.

WE killed him last night (18th May 2004) and the boots dropped. I lost roll as per usual, but yes they do still drop

Sorry for double post...
My guild has been killing ol Korucust for a couple months now, and we have YET to see a pair of boots drop. 9 rings, 6 sceptres, 5 haste necks, easily 10 swords. We've seen every item also drop twice on the same kill, but again, no boots. We started killing Koru around Dec/Jan time. Can anyone verify that these do still in fact drop? Any help and info would be greatly appreciated :)

We've seen every item also drop twice on the same kill, but again, no boots. We started killing Koru around Dec/Jan time. Can anyone verify that these do still in fact drop? Any help and info would be greatly appreciated :)

they do .. got mine about 2 weeks ago on a quick visit to Koru and ownage ... he dropped boots and sword!

Ohhh man, thats just the best thing i've ever seen.... its just so beautiful. We can fix the int with an aug, and then it will be as good as debbie harry.

Posted: Aug 25 2003 at 7:37 PM, Rating: Sub-Default, (Expand Post) i was playing my level 65 majicion who has 500 advanced alternation experiances and i was killing solonztek ro and after he killed my pet i started to run to the guards and they killed him but the corpse was still there so i casting this new secret spell called pet controle that i created and i made her my pet and took her to kill this person and i have these shoes. im the onyl one in the game with them and im selling them for 300pp. send me a tell on the loklin servser ill bring them to wut ever servser you are on. i will also trade then for one of those advosor robes.
He actually became harder with the patch fyi. First time he was killable easy now hes got 2 nasty AE's
Correct, he's been upgraded. Nasty. any two groups who could kill him - wouldn't need his drops. We took a raid force of 24+ 65's and took him down - barely. and we are a fairly decent crew. Healers can heal, but need to have alot of them as his AoE's really do dmg over the long fight, and everyone's casting slow. DPS and healers probably better than casters because of slow cast. Also the mage and Necro in my group just chain cast pets - seemed to work well for their mana pool. Of the 24, about 5 of us alive at the end.

A little info on the nasty AE's .....one sucks your life and mana away fairly fast the other makes your casting time about 10 times longer than it should be. We tried to one group him and our warrior and monk died since no one could get a heal off in time, not even a fast (1.8 sec) heal. /cry no boots for me

I was lucky enough to be there in the very first spawn of Korocust and win the roll no these boots.
He is red to lvl 65 but was easy kill, ganked him with 2 groups.

Anyone have any details on Korocust yet? (i.e spawn time, level, and how many ppl he takes to kill?)

Saw these drop early Thursday morning. I promptly sat myself down waiting for Korocust again. I'm not leaving till i get them. Almost the FT3 of BoFS, but better in every possible way.
