these are droppable items, 65 druid soloed easily, zoned in, succored, and invised, ran back towards middle of zone and found one spawned, first kill and he dropped one. There are roamers in the area in case you don't know the zone that well, so be weary.
All I have to say is this drop should be uber rare. I have been camping these things forever. Once I had 3 spwan right by the entrance all at once and nada. Seems the only one the even dropped one was the ph mob right at zone in. None of the others have dropped anything.

The Molkor Hide is not No Drop. My group looted one earlier this evening and it was neither No Drop nor Lore.
