Also drops off of Steam Elementals in Steamfont, good location is near Minotaur Cave entrance. Just kill everything in sight, seems to help promote elemental spawns. Slow going though, foraging and killing took me almost three hours to get one stack of 20 waters.

Very simple way to get stacks of these...if you are a kiting class. Head to Steamfont, the grikbar kobold camp. Have a 54 druid buddy....can kite the entire camp with no prob. The water is one of the items dropped off of the kobolds.

Nope, I checked on this, someone just sold one to her, she does NOT sell them regularly.
