Doesn't seem worth it

No idea why anybody would want one of these. It's not significantly better than a cured silk mask, which is a lot cheaper, and a burynai hide mask, which is easy to get, is better than this. Doesn't seem worth the expense.

It was my understanding that a lower charisma helped with fear based spells, which may include Instill Doubt. If that's the case, why not stick with the pariah mask? Just a question, I can't be sure that what I said IS a fact, just what I think I understood from previous readings.

Charisma has no effect on fear. This has been discussed at length on a lot of boards, but the info came straight from a developer panel at one of the fan faires. There is no reason for a fear class to try and get low charisma unless they like paying really high prices to npc merchants.

I wore a cured silk mask right up until i got my sarnak mask. This will be a nice little gap bridger without having to resort to a pariah mask (Which I and a lot of others just done like because of the serious charisma hit. I know it doesnt matter in combat, but I like to keep my stats in the green)
