Please don't waste peoples time posting since everyone can see you have no clue what your talking about.
1. Trak can be killed by levels 53+ it's only the other two Naggy and Vox that Verant put a level restriction on.)
2. Delete the Ebay Account you bought and make a brand new one.
3. Start with nothing and work your way upper levels, that will be the only way you will ever understand EQ.

Which you can get by farming dragons outside, since you're already on giant faction.
That is one heavy mask! I can imagine what kind of a strain it would be on your neck!

I think that by the time one could obtain this item that their neck would be strong enough to handle it (if they have a neck at all hehe).

Damn...straight....This could be good gear for a trak raid (for poison resist), right? (not sure, but of course if you're in ToV, then Trak isn't that much of a problem)
