its borderline uncommon/rare drop. I got 42 by the time I got my hunter done but I killed literally a few thousand mobs as a few of the mobs were pretty rare to spawn almost thought was broken.

It's a fairly rare drop from him, but Slaythe in Misty Thicket drops this maybe 1 in 8 or so. I power levelled several characters through their teens on him and ended up with a half stack or so of these. Good for making Black Dye for Black Hand Made Backpacks.

combine is called Black Extract trivs at 36 and produces 1 components Green froglok skin, empty vial (returns on failure)and flask of water Combine in medicine bag or mortar and pistle
Just as additional information, I looted one off a froglok that jumped us in Trakanon's Teeth near the zone to the Emerald Jungle.

OK, I have to ask. Does anyone know what this is for? I picked one up off of a Froglok Guard or Sentry, I think, either inside Upper Guk, or just outside at the zone. It looks to be sellable for 7sp or so.

I believe this may be used as a dye for armor, but am not 100% certain. I know the Green Goblin Skin is also used for this purpose.
