I walked my level 1 shadowknight to icewell keep to collect a suit of royal velium frosted armor. I had been there a few days, then today big raid was going on so i thought I'd hang around and see what I could get. When i got down there I saw this Seneschal guy dead on the ground so i thought "hmmm, maybe this guy has a nice piece of armor for me" so i loot him and to my surprise I get this UBER shield, at least it is for a lvl 1 shadowknight hehe ^_^
I just got this on Veeshan fairly cheap (2k) and I use it mostly when my SK is the main tank. That agility boost is great and really cranks up the ac on it. When I am not the main tank, I use the Shield of Shadows because of the insane mana it grants. This is a really good shield to get because you can really talk them down in price, after all, if they want full price, get a Sarnak Battle Shield instead.

cleric shield.
This shield is a PoS really for the level of the mob that drops it. Do the Shield of Bane warding quest from Katta for a cleric. Far better shield from a quest. I soloed for most of it at 60. Would take a group of 50s to kill the last mob. We did it with 3 60s and it was overkill.

This thing does have some nice stat modifiers but the AC is ****, clay guardian shield is superior as 5ac is kinda important...and alot less expensive. there are alot of shields with better saves that are no harder to aquire and for the wis casters, get a charred guardian shield, if your wis is maxed without it, get a mana item...needles to say, it cant even come close to comparing to my Bladestopper or an atrementous shield if your an SK

I realize that this post is old but i felt that i simply had to reply to the previous post as it seems obvious you are completely unaware that agility=AC and this shield gives you 5 agility which transalates to a bit more than 5 additional ac hence no a Clay Guardian Shield is most definately not better.

I know this is an even older post then yours, but I have to tell you 1 AGI doesn't = 1AC is 2AGI per ac, or else mithril bp would be considered alot better then it is hehe =)

well i traded a HBC and a shard of darkness for my shield - i use it for my pally wich besdies the 20 ac i down graded my clay gaurdian shiueld but it adds - resists - and str wich i for ever need its ok trade and i love it all its also a greater light stone light effect also thanks to my husband on innoruuk game Tellae i have had so much fun
