Here we are 2 years later and all of this PoAir stuff is obsolete, no HP, no Stamina which is key for SK's in the high game...
Really sad, I love old world stuff... I might do a few quests just for the kicks

i finished the quest today and the Silvered Ring dropped of the Keeper of Souls Isle 4....
Well worth your time on this Quest... for Time+Effery+Reward... this by far is the Eazest of the quest and has a good reward to it....

The quest has been in the game, however as stated here already Verant upgraded some of the quest rewards. This is one of the rewards that was upgraded.

Absor pretty much clearly stated that the PoA quests were giving out new rewards. Not necessarily all of the quests, but some. It is also very possible that new "Tests of whatever" quests have been added.

While i do remember hearing something about the new quests, the various <classname> test of <skill> quests have been in for quite a while. Thile they are dificult to do, it could be that people moving into the plane to find the new quests could be getting around to finishing these old ones while they're up there.
