Get Declaration of War from the Dain by /say You can count on my help. Give Declartion of War to Badain, along with Coldain Hero's Insignia Ring (ring 9), and receiving your ring back. Follow the newly respawned Badain to the circle of hero's. Give your ninth ring to Seneschal Aldikar when asked. You should then get the Orders of Engagement.
OFFICIAL COLDAIN ORDERS OF ENGAGEMENT: To call Garadain's men:"Garadain to my Side!" To call Dobbin and his men: "Dobbin assist me!" To summon Churn's troops:"Churn protect me!" To call upon Corbin's team, "Corbin, attack!" Call all available troops: "For the Dain, attack!"
I think I got all the punctuation and spelling correct, but check if you are making buttons before turning in the book to Zrelik the Scout. Since the scout could despawn at anytime, be quick in making your buttons, and quick on the turn in. Hailing him might reduce the chance of him despawning while you are making and checking the buttons.
