the proc is a damage and stun. the damage- i think its about 80, i dont know. i dont have it. The stun, well it lasts about 10 seconds. enough time for a monk who stuned a caster, well to finish the caster off.

I'd say the order of priority for monk 2hb should be (This excludes the Primal weapons, which are rival to Ton Po's staff):
1. Ton Po's
2. T-staff
3. RFS
4. Imbued Fighter's Staff
5. Peacebringer
6. Exquisite Velium Brawl Stick
7. Heavy Velium Brawl Stick
and so on....
Now. I never want to hear another monk ***** about there being no good monk equip in game.

umm reason monks complain about equip is cause all our good weapons weigh way to GD much and ton poes don't drop on norm servers soo that leaves us next best of t staff and it weighs 10 which when at level 60 max weight is 24, thats alot off the top.

It exists, got the smack down by it a few weeks back. one monk took on about 10 people, and he didn't die with this staff.
and max haste is determined on your lvl, i think the max haste fro a lvl 60 is about 120%, but for a lvl 30 its like 60%.

ok, well maybe this thing DOES exist, but i have never seen it. I really wouldn't mind one. I am just wondering, why is it just on the test server? I mean, come on, its a TEST SERVER! why don't they put it on prexus or somethin? I think EQ just does that to get on our nerves...

This item drops everywhere =P.. Just because Test got it first doesn't mean anything except that they added it on test first. Plus, we rock =). No, GMs don't twink us; no, we don't have any advantages you don't have... in fact, we have far fewer than you. Primarily, the number of people.. we can't do an 80-person guild rush.. it takes forever to plan anything. For example, a conglomeration of our best players got wrecked by trakkie just the other day =P. Doesn't mean we don't do stuff first, we just gotta be better at it than you are =).
It is also possible that VI was testing drop tables or something, so this got added to a drop table when the server was about to raid... I strongly doubt that though... we tend to run into problems with GMs rather than lucky happenings. For example, plane raids were canceled a few times just because GMs decided to hop in and repop the zone randomly... and we get taken down for test patches all the time.. also a repop... guess we just get to deal with hardship

Yepp a pity its on test server... considering that they make frequent inventory wipes to "uphold the status of the test server" or whatever it says and whatever tats supposed to mean. Most likely it has been wiped from this guy's hands already.. =(
anyway the closest match u can find to a staff like this is the Tranquil staff
same proc , just lower delay and less damage..

Test has only wiped once- so saying it wiped "frequently" isn't exactly accurate.

Obviously you're not a monk or just a bad one the bo staff of trasmorag however u spell it doesn't proc 100 blows.
Let me explain something - 100 Blows = unresisitable stun that does a lot of damage.

Just a FYI.. I'd take a 44/40 weapon over a 40/35 weapon any day. Why? Because 2-handers with delays of 40 or more get a damage bonus. The 40/35 weapon would not get that bonus. :)

Don't want to burst your bubble.. but if delay is 35 instead of 40, you only get an extra ONE point of damage (20 damage bonus vs 19 damage bonus).
By going with the 40 delay instead of the 35 dealy, you are giving up 12.5% more swings for an extra 5.2% (approx) more damage on hits.
The comparable modals for these are as such:
Dam/Del -- Comparable Modal
44/40 -- 4.050
44/39 -- 3.895
44/38 -- 4.062
44/37 -- 4.172
44/36 -- 4.288
44/35 -- 4.410

Combine this with Cloak of flames (36% haste) + Celestial fists (40% haste) + (and if you want an Enchanter haste buff (for a max of 85 percent haste) = well you do the math. You basically become a god.

umm first of all chanter haste doesn't stack with epic haste so most with cof or better use epic haste cause of the bonus attack but if they have less then cof then they use chanter haste cause the bonuc haste is better then the damage bonus. second haste does depend on level at 60 it maxes at 85% and before 60 max hast is only like 70%. and if it did max at 70% at level 60 then why would a monk need somethin better then cof with epic they would be over max haste by 6%, cause epic gives 40% and cof 36%.

I dont like to flame, so I wont. Anon, you who says max is not 70%, your right! It's actually 65%! Ohh and besides, he never said that CoF was a belt. He merely stated that INSTEAD of the CoF there are some very good monk belts/sashes out there. One of them is the PoA belt. Now who is the fool?

You can have spells that "should" total over 70%, but the haste will only be 70%, regardless of that.

I wouldnt twink a newby with this weapon. A high lvl monk will definately be able to use this and your newby will miss most of his swings, and to wait 40dly means death with such less hp. Also I dont think it procs til lvl 50, so you have a long road ahead.

Wrongo. At level 25 my monk gained 60 points to 2hb in under two hours. With max he would connect with this sucker just about every time he swung it, and with a base dmg like that he'd be hitting for maxes of like 80 to 100. At lvl 25 that's just plain F-ing nuts.
All you need is a Fungi Tunic and a RBG or Seb Berserker Cloak and you have it made. Solo yourself to lvl 50 in a month.

If you solo yourself to 50 in a month.. guess what? You're going to suck @*( in a group. There are so many monks out there these days that only the skilled ones can get on raids. Practice makes perfect, so grouping experiences is a necessity. Also, if you soloed to 50 in a month, skills like FD, mend and other special monk abilities would be in the 50s range, and would be pretty much useless.

Think i heard that the proc is constant once it gets started. Hits for maybe 12-20 times. Maybe more.

IT also stuns the target from 1-10 seconds. I think i heard that after lvl 55 (for the target) it is only an instant stun. Still good against casters )

As you see up there at the screen shot, those stats are from the test server... I have need told by few monks that have the staff that they put the damage down... I will try to find out the exact stats. I hope its not true.

44/40?!?!?! That is insane. That's even better than the Peacebringer (28/30), and I thought nothing could surpass that. Oh well, guess it's time for my monk to get a new weapon. *smirk*

Tranquil staff 29/30 hundred blow proc peacebringer is nice but not as nice as the tranquil staff it is also not no drop.

Better hold that jaw in place for a while. My guild has killed Trak a dozen times, and I've yet to see this staff drop. As far as I know that's also the case for the other guilds on our server so it's hard to say exactly how rare it is. It's been mostly different classes breastplates, spells, and teeth (of course).
