Does anyone know who won this on the Prexus server? I'm trying to incoproate this into a story for an alt and it would be great to include the actual Gaurdian's name if possible.

So I randomly googled the hammer for some reason and to my surprise, the most recent question was related to my server. Even more surprising, an answer 15 years later by an old schooler from those days.
Not that it needs any confirmation but Juzzo is definitely right, and he was definitely around when Cazz got it. I remember Cazz coming into SolB either that night or the following with that thing and it was about as god mode as EQ would see until mage epic pets.
Juzzo, good to see you ~ 20 years later. Can't remember when you stopped playing but I'm having a hard time even placing you in Kunark. I feel like you definitely were around but it was a long time ago.

I stopped playing in Omens, I went back to play on some of the TLP's they had, I even still have a screenshot from that event where the Hammer was obtained.

Good luck finding one dude, I know a gnome cleric on my server that's in the same guild as me, and he recently won one at a gm event, other that dude, I don't think anyone is going to sell you one. I tried to buy it off the dude, and he yelled at me saying it's not for sale to anyone, and then he got all mad at me and wouldn't group with me for the rest of the day, so good luck trying to buy one.
Hey giorgio if there's only one per server wouldn't that mean there's nothing you can do to get one? This was given away as a prize at a GM event and if you didn't win the GM event you don't get the Butcherblock Hammer. The only way you could get it is to buy it from the person that won it. A paladin in my guild, Requiem, on The Tribunal has this hammer and it's one of a kind, and he says he woudln't sell it for any amount of money. Good luck finding one for sale.

this hammer is an artifact, meaning only one per server. it isnt the weapon ratio that makes it amazing and the envy of others...its that this proc will make more difference in a battle than ANY other proc in the game except what the fiery defender was doing before it was nerfed (up to 12k dmg). amazing weapon and grats to all of you old players who have one.

It's a very small point to mention (and very pointless), but this weapon isn't an Artifact. The GMs may have decided to only allow one per server, but that doesn't make it an artifact as they could at any point choose to put another or a thousand more into the game. Artifact items only exist as 1 per server and no more can be added without the powers that be rewriting the code to remove the artifact tag.
Though just to emphasise how pointless my post is, i'll admit that this means it is effectively an artifact :).
