Sigh> looking over VP's stuff. Whatdoyouthink? Make 'em all better by going in and lowering delay by three and raising damage by 3 and giving them 30 more health and endurance? Simple like me, but not unbalancing like my wife's beauty?

It's a piece of crap for anybody that can get it. Fortunately, it is not no-drop, which means you can sell it or give it to a twink.

Because the other half does? And the Pally and SK, use +INT if I remember right. so worth having it.

Warrior is the only class listed where the stats aren't essential, but it's still nice to have then. Pally uses wisdom SK uses int and i beleive monk uses both? really not sure about that but i know the other two

Well, considering there are 30/40 weapons that you can easily buy for 10k, this is junk considering the risk you have to go thru and the xp loss you will experience not to mention all the frustration, its not that great.

Jade Inlaid Crescent Axe 32/40 6str/dex/agi, and considering you get a damage bonus for weapons with 40 or more delay, the JICA is a better weapon with better stats an only a slightly worse ratio.
