On Cazic-thule mq these is about 25kish and then 1,5k for gems so about 26-28k i say to m1 this but u have to be ally with CoV so if you not want fast way found out when a big uber guild taking vendi and aow and shoot an arrow from a far or spell and after they die hoping that they do your faction with CoV goes thru the roof mine with up nicely doing Ring wars so..?>?

The pieces of unadorned plate that you need for these Blood Lord armour quests are located in the Hall of Testing in the Temple of Veeshan. And yes, the pieces are no drop.
