Anyone playing on FV confirm this is tradable there? (should be).

Confirmation of it dropping still on live and/or progression servers? (should be).

We could use a modern item window pic of this item.

This may seem a gimp item but, one thing that isn't shown is that this "5 charge" toy is instant cast time. I used one I got, helping someone in Kedge, while at a dead run in Overthere to pull a MOB off a guy running for his life...

Instant cast = has value for a little 5 charge job in some situations...
