It appears the container has been changed to a Jack in the Box with same stats as Surefall Satchel.
On of Feb. 18, 2011 I finally had sufficient loyalty crowns to buy a second Surefall Satchel but it is no longer available for purchase on Alerynril the Loyal. I have 2 of the bags on a character on a different account so multiples shouldn't be a problem. Was the Surefall Satchel removed?

Is House of Thule expansion required for a character to enable the extra slots in this container? It'd be a bummer to purchase this bag in The Plane of Knowledge and then find out the extra space can't be used.
HoT is not required. I purchased one from Alerynril a month before I finally bought the expansion.

where do u get them?
If it's 1728 crowns then it's a sure bet its fom the loyatly vendor in PoK. She's the npc standing under the tree near the defiant armor vendors. Also not but a few steps away from the Crescent Reach stone.
