rangers are usually a "Good" alligned class... this was design for "Evil" people... Bards can be evil, because they can worhsip almost every god in the game... but then again, HEF rog/war are good, i dunno about that one... just doesn't make sense for a ranger to wear a piece of armor that is designed for evil people to wear.

Actually, Half Elven warriors can worship the Prince of Hate...recently replaced my old Froglok Skin Mask with this, gives others something to ask me about when they inspect me (and, they WILL inspect me :p )
