How much did your Enchanter cost on Ebay? Charisma effects a number of spells not the least of which is the mez line of spells. By your level you should have both Int and Cha maxed out at 255 simulatneously. Forget about Hp, you'll never get enough as an Enchanter. You need to learn how to fight offensively and defensively using runes, stuns and mezzes (Cha) to avoid, rather than mitigate damage. This is one of the best items from the SS quests because it has quite high Int and Cha. Most of the other items with their low Int and Cha have been surpassed by Luclin and PoP items attainable or creatable by players at a similar level required to get the SS drops.
