Well its been like 2 years since anyone posted and basically everyone's post was pretty worthless....Yes it's a good mask. I can see that.
Good info is like drop rates, mob difficulty/technique etc.

Seen mask 2 times out of 4 kills, both dropped on 4th kill. He's about Vindi difficulty, with an AE instead of Rampage.

This mask rocks.
9ac and 70hp this is the highest or one of the highest-HP/ac face items in the entire game. Hope to get one some day. =)

At higher levels, you do more "resist" fights then "ac/hp" fights. Ala Trak casts a super nasty DD/DoT (although you should kill him before he lands one, if you are good :) ), which is why this isn't good. At lower levels, 9ac 70hp would kick butt, but at 58+ When doing WW, ToV, ST, etc., resists count. Only 2 to each isn't too great. :\

MT always has to worry about his HPS/AC tho. and ST (secondary tank) has to have a few items he can swap in quick if needed to get his hps up to par.
other than that in a group people should be putting up +str equip for dmg (or whatever, I always wear str stuff on my warior when I'm not MT but thats me, I also use a phat 2hs when I'm not trying to taunt either ))
on a AE based raid people shoudl be putting resist stuff up (try a gold/ele diamond mask before this .. thing)
9ac isnt bad for a tank face item, but it isnt really great either. with +70 hp this item becomes huge tho

You still need HP for resist fights.
Makes CH more efficent as well as ensuring you live long enough for any kind of heal.

It's not half bad for every day wear though. And if you really feel the need to ditch the 70 hp and 9 ac for a more resistant piece of equipment for the big fights, go for it. Especially when you aren't planning on being main tank.
This is a very nice amount of ac/hp for face. And for casters boosts the resists some. Not perfect for every situation, but then again, neither would a 15 to all resists with no ac or hp. That would be great for hard casting mobs, but come up short against full melee mobs. Then people would come here and ***** about it not being any good cause there isn't AC or hp on it, and that's what tanks need more often than not, except against most uber mobs, which do tend to use magics or specific spots with higher than normal caster mobs.

Doesnt look good for a warrior.. 70 hp? whooptie doo, ya Ac is ok i guess. decent at best
um decent? I dono what twink fary land you where brought up in but most 55+ wariors/shadow's on my server are still wearing 7-9ac masks with 0-30 hp on them ))

It got a nice AC....
I think it's great...one of the many slots that I think need more attention is the face slot. I'm glad to see another piece to fit.

nice observation, the 9ac and 70hps really are horrible...besides, who would wear a mask it must get hot under there. I mean, that's why i dont wear a bp or greaves either, i think i fight better that way.
To everyone who responded to Wollyen's post...he was making light of the one posted as ':(' which you obviously didn't read or couldn't remember reading moments before. That guy posted that this mask wasn't all that good.
