I also found this in OOT of Goob Mudtoe. When your read the note it says "HELLO BOOG. COME VISIT YER BROTHERS ISLAND. ME CLOSE BY YOU. LONG LIVE MUDTOES. GOOB MUDTOE. I have no idea what it means but perhaps it may give someone an idea on what needs to be done with this.

Last night I had my warrior in OOT camping the AC. A couple of times an Ogre spawned at the spot (very green to a 41 warrior), after smearing him he dropped a Tattered Note (It isn't no rent) and an Ogre Head. No clue what they are for. The mob was something like Buggo Mudtoe. I am guessing it may be a Kaladim quest of some sort.

I got a tattered note off a seafury cyclops in the Ocean of Tears but it is not no rent

I received a note from killing the Undead Jester in the Tower of Kurns. Anyone know what this item is used for?
