First off, as long as the skelly warlord pops at second bridge you don't have to kill his other PH's, so long as no one is killing his other PH's, so he'll spawn only at the second bridge IF he does spawn. Second, the staff doesn't show in his hand, nor does he "crush" you with it either. And as for the effect, it's 120 damage out-right, 1-12 second stun, and the stun will last either 1 tick(6 seconds) or 2 ticks(12 seconds), or just insta stun the mob. Also, it is unresistable, period, I've had this thing before and it's never been resisted ever, I used it on Naggy and it never resisted on him. I just looted one today (Turkey Day) and I should know. This has been the happiest Turkey Day ever for me (=

T-staff procs 120 dd and a stun that last for 1-12 seconds. Stun duration is random (1-12 sec) but have yet to have it resisted.

My monk is 58 at the moment and I've had many Tstaffs over the time I've played him. I've never actually seen one drop, though. Tonight I spent about 7 hours duel-boxing with my 52 druid in an area by the jail clearing it waiting the whole time for warlord spawns. I know everywhere he pops in KC so I was constantly checking track. He pops mainly in the jail area I've noticed. Only about 7 or 8 warlords popped during this 7 hours. I killed everyone, and bam the last one dropped it.
It's been posted by others before that it doesn't show him as having it in his hands. That is true. But it also posts that you'll know if he has it by how he hits you..if he crushes you, then he has tstaff. This is not true. Tonight he showed no graphic of a staff and he was only hitting me and kicking me, but bam when I looted him he dropped it finally. Hope this helps clear things up.

I won the roll today on one of these today.
I was offered 25k and a PSC. I'm a rogue by the way. I felt bad about trading it when a guildy could benefit. So I gave it to my monk guildy. Better to go to some one that can really use it instead of some twink.
That nagging feeling of guilt went away when it was in proper hands. =)

I lost the roll on this but my guildie won it and then handed it to me and ill never forget it, he made me one vary happy monk. :)

The effect is 100% unresistble ..
We had an final Beast lord Epic fight in FG , the Iksar BST was unable to harmed but DS , Beastlord himself and this staff effect.

Not true. Was fighting in Skyfire the other night and was resisted once on a lava walker. Now, this is the first time I've seen it get resisted, however that one time does make it less that 100%. =)

The DD part of the Proc always happens, the Stun though still not stun Unstunnable Mobs. The Consensus on Monkly Business seems to be that the Stun Lasts for 3 6 or 12 seconds, depending on the mob's level. If you Duel with it it tends to stun other toons for 12.
This thing hurts in pvp, when my druid was lvl 49 er so i had a lvl 53 monk beeting on me with this, he procced once then again about 6 seconds later, needless to say a druid stunned for 18seconds against a monk with a weapon ratio like this isnt good

no , I am sure he weild nothing even he would drop it. In Karnor I know Mobs weild weapons in hand is [Drovrag Warlord] weild [Noc Blade] , and some Skely weild [Iksar Berserker Club].
Not sure other weapons drop with a graphic on hand.

he has an uncommon drop of Dwarven Sap that shows in his hand looking sorta like a Goranga Spiked Club.... oh, and the Jester in Kurns has Iksar Berserker Club... not KC to my knowledge

Was just getin ready to find a group and decieded I would try to take a few mobs from the front solo (all buffed from prior nights play). Headed to the court yards and grab theSkel Warlord, was on the right spawn point between RCY and LCY. I looked to see if he was crushing and wasnt. Killed him pretty quick and looted, and to my total surprise there it was. I must have looked at it about 20 times before i could actually believe it was mine. This thing rocks, when buffed I can hit in the 165-170ish, and the proc seems to happen often. So, for you peps out there lookin to get one, be patient, it will happen.
This will be the weapon i keep, i dont ever see a reason to sell it. Seems to go for about 30-33k on Prexus now. Always a shortage of them and no one seems to be selling any.

The proc rate is very high unresistable , 120dd + 1 - 6 secs stun , but similar like common root series spells , you will recieve a spell fade message from mobs. But , why mobs always start to move or attack before the spell fade message appear? Is there any unshown effect on 100 blows?

What level does the weapon start to have damage bonus, and how much per level? I notice the weapon started to have bonus at level 37, did the weapon have bonus under 37? Also when does DMG bonus kick in? Is it like a proc or that it's already in play?
Bouns DMG:
lvl 37-39 is SIX DMG.
lvl 40-42 is EIGHT DMG
lvl 43-44 is NINE DMG.

Got this babe tonight 4/30 , yes it is a surprise and seems it is mine fately. I was group with guildies and we camping RCY of KC , I am the only monk / puller in group. Soon I found Skely Warlord pop near the entrance of both Lcy and Rcy , I rushed into warlord and try to pull back my group (solo it should not be a problem) , soon , the ML looted a T Staff ( woot ).
well it proc many times and stuns random secs. I will use the babe a while with my ADM club/BORS combine.
