i looted this today off 'a cyclops' in OOT while camping Ancient Cyclops

The mug is used in brewing like making the sea temper that is used for smithing it is trivial 135
I looted one of these today off a Seafury Cyclops in the Ocean of Tears. It is used for brewing a temper used in blacksmithing.
Used for making sea temper, which is used in Freeport human cultural smithing.

How does one use this for brewing?
I have purchased them in Fp at the shop by the dock, where they run like 15pp. I couldn't drink it or anything, nor was it lore or no drop, but the ones I could buy didn't stack either.

I am getting these off of cyclops on the island in OOT camping the AC. What are they for? They don't say lore, and I don't see them in the quest list. Maybe I should drink one an see if it does anything?
