I seriously do not believe that this item is from creatures in the Scorched Woods as currently indicated.

Nor was it a Marketplace item.

It was a bonus (/claim) item (999 of them) with The Broken Mirror Collector's Edition.

I think the issue or confusion might be that they renamed some paintings in the patch Jan 13 2016

"Renamed several painting housing items to be more consistent."
