Just had a feather down shirt drop from a poisonous mountain snake down at the base level in Blackfeather Roost.
Dropped for us at the cave mouth on 4th (Nest after Lady Inthra) island from a harpy. Having killed hundreds of harpies in the past on a necro that wanted the item for the graphic and never saw it I was surprised.

I broke open a harpy nest on mestle island, and surprise, surprise, what did I see when I looted the corpse. A lucky necro got the drop who was wearing something with only like 30 hp on it.
Had this drop off "a mountain puma" near the zone entrance, which 'could' make it a zone-wide rare drop. The rarity of it dropping of the puma, however, is staggering: I've killed at least 200 of the things in the last week, and only one has dropped anything other than paws, pelts and claws.

Someone was yelling in Black Feather Roost this was rotting so I grab it with my necro. Very nice and makes me look like a tramp when I wear it. Wish this had better graphics looks like leather armor.
