Dropped for me off of 'an Agent of Innoruuk' on Fippy Darkpaw progression server in Hate.

We did Inny Monday and had TWO of these belts drop! Woohoo!

Just won this tonight I'm level 60 btw can't count the times I've been to hate. First of all most of these mobs are very MR almost all of my epicsnares were resisted. Winged Death landed but with 2 resists i had more agro than a dog scratching it's flea ridden ***. Second floor drops are suppose to give dru ranger pallies similiar items as you would find in PoG.
I've spent my fair share in PoG as tracker also. I think all that time i spent there bored out of my mind was all worth while when i look at this belt. I am surprised it has no haste though seems every belt in SoV is hasted, granted druids aren't tanks but I do whatever I need to keep the chanter/cleric alive. I think it would have been a cool effect to have silvery leaf effect when wearing. Dpes seem to have a luminscent visual of sorts, although I think for an item this nice a better graphic could have been spared.

Vermi drops in Fear not Hate unles you kill a Chest then it can drop either Hate or Fear armour
The Second Floor is hard as hell to clear let alone get a good drop there.
Was there with my guild for 8 hours and only thing that dropped was Ranger Legs no is one more time NO Druid Gear dropped. on the First floor we had about 6 pieces of Cleric Armour dropand Shammy also along with 4 pieces of Mage so dont get all happy about Second Floor of Hate the Drop Rates for the armour is stupid they dont drop enough it seems and i dont care about the <sp...

This item dropped on Xegony on June 6th off a second floor MOB called Innoruuk's Chosen, which is a common MOB; not named.

My guild killed 6x Innoruuk since the god-update, but the drop rates on 2nd floor in hate is sick. All we found at those 6 raids were 1x druid BP (that went to an alt because we other druids had Kael BP already) and 1x ranger legs. To hope as druid to get a silverleaf belt is in vain. Sad but true, but the chance to get a Grotesque Girdle from Dracoliche is much higher even if you have to lotto against all the other casters. But I always would prefer the Silverleaf Belt because of the 20sv magic.

I gotta say after playing this game for a long time (3+ years) people have to get their objectives in line with more then their lvl or their wants for loot... First, a raid on second lvl of hate isn't going to happen at 46, sorry kiddies, doesn't work like that, min plane lvl of 46 was a huge joke imo.. designed just to see pre 50 people get dropped, This is a very nice piece, although my druid doesn't have one yet, I've seen it fall twice while on raids with my 58 cleric, my advice, look at zones not specific loot, find the best set of armor you guys need, and hit that plane, PoF is the obvious choice imo since Druid gear in Hate is rare to fall, next step is get in a guild, or help get everyone in your guild ready for the perticular plane you want, may take you 2 months to get it worked out, whatever.. point is everyone needs their objectives in focus, and this item will probably never see a 46 druid as an owner.. hope that helps, I just don't want people to get the wrong idea over a few power twinkers.

I have spent 31 hours in Hate as a 47 to 52 druid. My problem wasn't with not getting a chance to loot due to points, my guild doesn't do that, the problem is that druid gear in Hate is RIDICULOUSLY rare. I have seen around 20 disciples dropped, and not once did they have a piece of Harmony armor, let alone any non-set items. Good luck to those of you who want this stuff. The planes are very time consuming, and give very little, if any return. In the 11 hours I was there the other day, could have got 4 or 5 decent 2k+ items and sold them.

the idea that a 46 druid is going to be allowed to loot this on a hate raid, is a stretch. i mean, seriously. i been on 5 hate raids now, lvl 51 cleric. i have no purple yet, not one piece. i haven't built up enough points to get a loot yet.
i am not complaining about it, i know i have to put my time to get the loots. and that is the way it should be. i used to sit in the planes gear pages and drool thinking i would go to hate my first time and come home with a full suit of purple, but that isn't how it works. there are other people up there, too. a lot of them, and most have been on more raids, and thus deserve the loots more.
my time will come. i know this, so i keep going back. besides, after you have been up there, you realize it is less about the loot, and more about the fun and the rush of it all. and the "rush" is why i play video games, it just seems that the goos loot is always tied to the rush so we tend to mix them up when not in game. we sit back and think, 'wow, i really want this belt, it has 10 wis and 20sv magic and mana, WOW, i really want this.' when in fact, what we desire, is the act of getting it, the pure rush of it.

Everything depends on the raid leader. As a druid, I have always been on any roll and I even won a vermi bracer on my very first Hate raid.
The idea of a 46 druid not being able to get this item is logical since it drops off a mob on the second floor and unless the leader has some suicidal tendencies, he will NEVER take any player under level 51 (maybe a 49 cleric can join).

First of all, the second floor is a joke. I took my 48 druid there last night. The whole raid was a very mixed level affair, with peeps ranging from a 46 warrior, up to a pair of 57 clerics and melee. BTW, we only had a couple deaths on the second floor, and those were due to a double pull.
Innoruuk, on the other hand, DOES require a much tougher crew.

Dropped in Second floor of hate. i think it was a sage of innorruk that dropped it. was alot of killing going on. very nice druid gear dropping there, the harmony armor is nice also. was anoying that in 10 hours all we got was this, greeves of harmony, and some ranger sword.
Sweet!! Can't wait until my druid hits 46. =)

It drops off a mob on the second floor of Hate, so don't even think that you'll get it at 46.
