Turn in 4 minor corrupted sunshard to get 1 lesser corrupted sunshard.
Turn in 4 lesser corrupted sunshards to get 1 corrupted sunshard
Turn in 4 corrupted sunshards to get 1 greater corrupted sunshard
Turn in 4 greater corrupted sunshards to get the Pristine Sunshard ... a right click from inventory undead slow with recast time about 5 mins.

Drops in FV on the west and south side of the zone from agitated skeleton, dusty mummy, various vampires. Took 1.5 hrs to get all 64.

The shard seems to be for a quest given by an emissary at the Butcherblock adventure camp. I haven't checked to see if these emissary's are at all the adventure camps, but there are 4 different tasks that are offered. All seem to involve these shards

sunshard dropped today off an AGITATED SKELETON on the giant's hill in Rathe mountains. dropped 1 out of about 6 so far. these skellies dont agro, at least not yet, maybe when i've killed more? and con light blue to lvl 43, so at least lvl 33, low hit points though, easy to whack 'em. There is also a less common, vampiric mummy looking mob that does agro, also an easy kill though. only killed it once, nothing dropped. both mobs carry no cash, seem to be more junk mobs getting in the way of the loot. No idea yet what the shard is for, likly another newb armor quest
