holgresh fur moccasins: 3 holgresh furs, gold thread, boot pattern, vial of distilled mana makes these fine moccassins (AC 4, DEX 3, CHA 3, mana 15, sv fire 5, sv cold 5, sv magic 5, wt 0.9, ALL/ALL)

They (like all the Othmir, Holgresh, and Velious Hound Fur pieces) trivial over 250. The combination of the high cost and the high difficulty to make these items is why you don't see many of them around.

Gold thread is bought by thurg vendors.
Holgresh fur is dropped by holgresh monkeys in wakening lands, and are casters.
Distilled mana is from an enchanters butt, just apply tap to butt, while yelling "BIZNATCH GIMME DISTILLED CRACK".

Um, gotta think you're mistaken here. These are BOOTS, I seriously doubt a cap pattern enters into the equation.
