Both dropped off a random trash mob in Shipping Lanes Group Task in Deadbone Reef Instance.
Identify just says same as object name, so no clues there.
I got this from turning in my guild summons note (Magician). The text said I would be getting a "Robe of the Ring" but this is all I have in my inventory.
