This is part of the alchemy revamp. For the sake of those coming after me PLEASE flag this and plain potion vial as PoR, save them from making the same costly mistake I just made of buying a lot of mats that I can't use for forever.

I made a few stacks today, followed the ingredients posted and it worked every time.
TheSequelCult, make sure you're using the right ingredients some of them have the same graphic. Make sure to not stack the items when making them, have to have 1 item in each slot if you stack them it won't work.
