My enchanter bought a book in Thurgodin (spelling?) that apparently has the recipes. You just have to be able to read Coldain. She bought the book from one of the vendors in the bank area.

I have 3 of these on Torvonillious server. I found them on the ground outside Thurgadin yesterday. Magic is actually +3, and there is no graphic for human or Barbarians, the two races I had try em on.
Nobody wanted to buy or trade for them, i guess because other better items are out there. Would make an excellent starter outfit tho, especially with a full suit on and the resistance stacked.
These are made with crystal silk, and i think that drops off certain spiders in Velious but i have not verifed that i am just saying all this from memory.
