This would bo so ubah for any melee. Monk, warrior, pally, bard, etc. I currently have about everything needed but the thrones is so hard to come by and I cant solo what drops them.

Come on guys lvl 46? You have to go through TOV to get to PoM then get the deck. So what lvl must you be to goto TOV? Ok now you can buy the cards but without the deck they are useless. So i guess in theory you must be 46 to goto planes but this one is through TOV. So no twinking useless your twink is also high lvl.

cloak isn't that hard to get, it requires only one throne and a blue one at that. And ya cant twink others by giving them the cards cause the deck used to combind them is no drop...

So then you can't use it on twinks and trade it to people who CANT go on the Planes yet. You can still trade the cards because they won't be able to use them until they are 46 or higher.

at that level, bards could do without a haste item, and a belt would be just fine. Bards dont have much melee dmg output anyway.

as nice as this is for an enc, a bard would benefit more from it due to the good ac str and sta, but that is only if he has a non back slot haste item.

If you look at the other items in this quest they are not all/all. So you could get an item you wouldnt be able to use, thus the non-all/all items are dropable.

This cloak has something for everyone even though it's certainly not the best cloak in the game. I've never been to PoM but I'd imagine this would be very difficult to get. Does anyone know if the cards are droppable? If so it wouldn't really matter that the cloak can't be dropped.

its probably because confusion is harder to get rid of than anything else. but it's also probable that they are all nodrop and they're just not pictured correclty at points.
