Lost Dungeons of Norrath
This dropped for me today, January 17, 2006 from Warlock J`Rath (not currently in the Alla data bases) in the Plane of Hate, at /Loc -487, +356, +14. He also dropped a Concordance of Black Magic, which given his location in the tier 3 zone suggests he is the suspected but unfound Tier 3 necromancer named Frackus Everburning susupected existed when he wrote his Guide to the Marsinger Gems in 2003.
