Some people just do not know how to evaluate gear. Elysian legs are not better than these. Look at the mana. More important to a druid than AC/HP.
today i won the legs on VS first time i seen em drop

Elysian legs. Very easy to get item. Heck you can solo the mobs in UP from 54 on.

Just thought I'd toss out some stats on alternative pieces of armor druids can wear.
Kromriff Military Leggings: 14AC 6str 5wis 5svc 5svd These are fairly easily acquired by a quest based out of Thurg.
Elder Spiritist Greaves: 10AC 6str 6wis 55mana Effect: Skin Like Diamond. These drop off Venril Sathir in Karnor's Castle. Unless you're in a large guild it's unlikely you will see these. Effect is nice for stuff like just after being rezzed, as a mana free pet buff or for Power Leveling.
Twisted Nature Leggings: 25AC 10sta 10agi 5wis 5svc 5svd 20HP 20Mana Effect: Circle of Misty These are probably the best druid legging in the game. It's a quest out of plane of mischief. PoM is kind of a mystery to me. My guild has never raided it and I can't recall seeing any open raids to PoM either. I have heard that Twisted Nature armor has the velius leather look and is PINK!

All skyshrine armor parts drop in the Halls of Testing of Temple of Veeshan.

Are these "unadorned Leather Leggings" the same ones you get at an NPC venodor. If not, where do you get them?

Verant made it so you have to have the highest faction possible in skyshrine to even get this quest. "considers you an ally" takes alot more work than "warmly" did.
Just tag along on a vindi and or statue raid or two and you will be ally real quick like.

Ok... not tryin to gripe about these... but why are they Large when the races that can use them are medium or smaller? Call me a whiner if you want, but this is just bizzarre.

I believe the "LARGE" indicated on the item is referring to the type of container that it can be put in, i.e. only large containers or bigger.

Ahh, OK, my bad ;) Too used to dealing with sizing armours and tailored items.
