#REDACTED, Posted: Jul 05 2003 at 5:00 AM, Rating: Sub-Default, (Expand Post) Once again I ask, why in the hell do they make stats like these? These are skyshrine quest pants and for one stamina should be 3 and int should be 8. Not to mention the uselessness of the spell, and for that matter all the spells on each of our pieces even the nuke because 22 seconds for 360 damage is not worth it. Die sony and goto hell...

While I agree that Skyshrine armor is largely out of date (Duh! There have been 5 expansions since this came out), these are still nice pants for casters. Leg slot is one of the toughest to fill, and 40 mana is a nice amount for that slot.

HoT is also one of the best places for younger guilds to learn raiding techniques and thus is still a worthwhile area to go to.
casting time?

Anyone know what the cast time is on the pants?
#REDACTED, Posted: Jan 16 2002 at 1:18 PM, Rating: Sub-Default, (Expand Post) Question, do they have to be worn to activate?
Ummmm...
