Personally , I don't like any items that have minuses , but , If you are devout , this could be a cool lower level neck item.

It depends though. You, being a warrior, wouldn't use this item for basic purposes - You need Stamina, you don't need WIS or INT. But a caster, Druid, Cleric, or Shaman, may want to use this item for the WIS bonuses. BUT, you would probably need to take this item off if you were to enter a dungeon, because you'll need all the HP you can get in case something starts pounding on you. Well, this is my point of view from it, some people may share other points of view.

1 sta at level 50 is roughly equal to 5 hp.

1 sta at the level that someone would be wearing this will probably be so negligible that there is no need to de-equip this. We just need to look for reasons to equip it in the first pllace :)

I cant see a reason to equip this. chrysoberil talsiman which is 3wis and 15 or 20 mana
is easy to get when you are high enough to cast the Imbue spells :)
