According to the pic, it has the effect of Furious Str. but it isnt put on the site that it has it.. just an FYI so you can update it :)

Since this is only for a Beastlord to wear, it reflects a BL spell. You get this spell at level 55. Granted it only cost 80 mana to cast, but you can wear this armor at level 46 or 50. So having a free str buff and 5 levels sooner makes it worth while to get.

I would be guessing the effect is the same as the Shaman 39 spell "Furious Strength" 80 mana
It is a single target str buff item cast times tend to be a bit different but
Cast : 5 seconds
Recast : 0 seconds
Max Dur: 54 Minutes
Effect : 31-34 str increase
My guess is that the cast time may be longer on the item but not sure.

The first posted response is correct, but the bracer has a longer cast time which takes into account the lack of recovery time required after casting.
