Remember that patch last week that gave seduction of saryn see invis? They also fixed the problem with disease dots breaking lich if you had lich on, putting the hp loss on all lich spells to slot 7. This effect however uses slot 6 now (look on lucy.fnord.net to see what I mean) so the effect will stack correctly with lich etc.

This item was upgraded to the other staff with the same effect that drops in VP. The other staff has 20int 25hp(i think) and 85mana. The effect is the same though, 800 DoT Tap like Bond of Death/Vexing Mordinia. I belive its got some stacking issues though...Can't remember off the top of my head...Can't have liche series up or the effect won't take effect on you I think.
Correct. It does not stack with the lich series but only if lich is up first. It does, however, stack in reverse order. If you click lich off, use this effect (now on the Shissar Deathspeaker's staff off Druushk) then recast your lich spell of choice, it should work fine. Kind of a pain but, as every necro knows, free life is VERY cool.
